Interview
Really quick turnaround between application and interviews, about 2 days. Had a first chat with the Head of HR and Head of Clinical Operations, very friendly and relaxed, which would definitely help nervous applicants. Jumped back on a call with the founder and CEO on the same day, similar sort of vibe, very relaxed but in-depth in terms of my competencies and what I could bring to the business. However it never felt like I had to "sell" myself. Was offered the job shortly after.
10/10, easiest, friendliest, smoothest interview process I have ever been through.
