Standard interview process, would even say a lot more lax than most other interviews I have had in the past. General interview questions about my work history and skills. Also had me write a letter in French to test my knowledge of the language.
Easy going interview, didn’t feel stressed and the questions were fairly easy to answer. they were more curious about my past experience which was easy to answer. Would recommend to anyone interested in customer service
Accessible, few phone calls with the recruiter then they requested and videos and audio records reacting to certain scenarios that needed to be recorded and sent back to them.Mostly standard questions,that were asked about customer service and few hypothetical situations to along with that.Nothing too complicated or out of an ordinary customer service representative interview.
