I applied online a while back. I received an e-mail from HR to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager about a week later. The appointment came and I never received a call. I tried contacting them and sent out an e-mail to reschedule but no response.

Walk in, hand in a resume, walk out, get a call a few days later, start working. They want to know about who you are, your driving background, as well as your motivations in life and if you are fun to work with or not.
