Gilbane Building Company interview questions

Had a phone screen where the hiring manager was more worried about certain contacts at previous companies rather than what I was saying. Was told I'd hear back and never heard a thing.

Interview process is long with more rounds than should be necessary. None of them practicing active listening. Its just a box checking formality resulting in a constant "check back in with us" message. Makes you feel like a desperate mistress. On top of this, you'll interview for one role to be offered a role 3 levels below and adjacent to any of your professional experience.
