They asked the appropriate questions for a retail sales rep. How was your driving record product knowledge of products with Gillette. Was 2 to 3 interviews and was made an offer on the last one
Online assessments and then after a good couple months got offers for 2x interviews talking through core values. First was more informal than second. Second was more on arbitrary questions. The same as all their other application processes - not easier despite only internship.
