I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Giordano's Pizza (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Interview was pretty easy - discussed the restaurant and menu, previous serving experience (and other job experiences), availability, etc. Pretty straightforward interview for a role like this, but done in two parts to meet both managers.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Giordano's Pizza (Rosemont, IL)
Interview
Pretty easy and quick. If you need a job fast, apply here. It is a very diverse work environment which is nice too. Servers are here for a while and you have some brand new ones. A good mix of everything.

Interview
I thought the managers were extremely rude. First they kept me waiting 30 min after my scheduled appointment. A week went by and I hadn’t heard from anyone (as they said I would) so I called only to be told by the manager who answered that emails were sent out to everyone and I should check there. I mentioned that I hadn’t received an email and she told me she didn’t have time to look into it and asked me to call back. Didn’t take my name was not the least bit concerned. If the managers are that rude do you really want to work here??? Makes you wonder why they need to hire.
