Phone call, it was like they had never done an interview before. It was a while ago so I don't remember all of the questions and the guy that did the interview is not with the company any more.
Others have said that they felt like they were just looking for a warm body to fill the spot.

Talked over the phone and met in person once before offer was made. Overall was pretty easy interview and felt like they were desperate to make an offer to anyone that would take one.

Was mostly over the phone and little in time person to person. Pretty straight forward talking to someone without much industry knowledge. Not a lot of skills in questioning and felt like was left with bad taste in my mouth.
