Initial call with recruiter, then two technical interviews afterwards. The first was more theoretical and went through my cv, experience, and general software knowledge. The second interview was a live coding round with 3 engineers. I mentioned that I had a learning disability and as an accommodation I asked for more time and information for the technical interviews, as I often struggle due to the short time limits. The recruiter did pass on a bit of information and had scheduled 1.5 hours for the interview, but during the session I was only given 30 mins which was very short. The interviewers were nice and understanding but it took me most of the time just to set up, read through, and understand the tasks (there were quite a few different tasks included, although they weren’t expecting to get through all of them). Therefore I couldn’t get much done and I wasn’t able to perform my best feeling so rushed. Of course I was then rejected due to not being a technical fit, but I am disappointed that I didn’t really get a chance to show my skills.
