Standard process: application, phone call, interview, psychometric, then offer. Questions related to their values and weren't too difficult. No technical questions. Took a while to hear back but overall, the process was fair.

- Formal application with psychometric and ability testing.

- The next stage was a video interview performed by HR and technical representative.
- HR leads with basic questions about character and possibility of moving to site and technical representative will ask job related questions.
