I interviewed at Global Brigades (Tegucigalpa) in Sept 2025
Interview
They required a video cover letter instead of the traditional typed letter. I first interviewed with the manager of the team I was applying to. The next step was a second interview with another Senior Team member. It was a swift process lasting approximately 3 weeks from the moment I submitted my application to when I received the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Global Brigades (San Pedro, CA)
Interview
It was a smooth and organized process It starts with a video and written assessment. Then you pass to a video interview with Program Associate Manager and Director of People Operations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Global Brigades in Aug 2021
Interview
In the first place, I had to send a small video (2') of why I'm interested in this position and why I am a good fit for the position along with providing a CV. In the next phase, I had to provide a written essay about some organization facts (kind of questions and what would-you-do scenarios) (about 2 pages). After that, I passed an interview with HR that was important as well. I got no reply for some days but then received the proposal for the salary.
