Got a phone interview first then invite back for the second interview. One of the best interview I had, they were chill and had an hour long interview going through the position and my resume but feels more like just causal chatting. Had interview with one of the editor and the director, both very friendly and easy going. They explain the position thoroughly and talk about each steps of the process then I hear back a week or so later for an offer.
