An initial screening interview on Skype followed by a more comprehensive interview at the office. I finally accepted the position after it was offered to me later by email. Looking back I really misread the woman who initially interviewed me. I read her as cold, but she has turned out to be a dear friend. I was initially impressed by the company president as he was extremely knowledgeable about many things. To this day I still respect his knowledge, intelligence, and ability to adopt good ideas. The first boss I've ever had to be able to do so :)
