Skype Interview conducted in the evening with a company representative over the course of forty minutes. Second interview with company and prospective school at school. Second interview was panel based with three members of the school interviewing with company employee there to assist should the need arrive.

Interview
An initial screening interview on Skype followed by a more comprehensive interview at the office. I finally accepted the position after it was offered to me later by email. Looking back I really misread the woman who initially interviewed me. I read her as cold, but she has turned out to be a dear friend. I was initially impressed by the company president as he was extremely knowledgeable about many things. To this day I still respect his knowledge, intelligence, and ability to adopt good ideas. The first boss I've ever had to be able to do so :)
