The process had four stages. It started with a short recruiter phone call covering background, notice period, and salary. That was followed by two technical video interviews: the first with the hiring manager, covering Azure architecture, landing zones, and hybrid cloud design; the second with a senior team member, going deeper into DNS, identity, and Terraform. The final stage was a culture fit round with the IT director, HR, and members of the wider team, focused on behavioural questions and how you work with others. The whole process took around three to four weeks.
