Over the phone screening, very standard questions. Then a phone interview conducted by the hiring manager describing the position and my experience related to the job. Everything was conducted over the phone, did not meet for any in person interviews.

standard interview questions, nothing technical. Basic questions like, why are you looking, what experience do you have, are you able to obtain a security clearance, are you a US citizen
