A recruiter reached out via telephone and email after finding me on LinkedIn. I tried several times to reach them and even sent an InMail on LinkedIn to be totally ghosted. Really bizarre, unprofessional behaviour from a company that reached out to a candidate first. It's very quick and simple to let a candidate know they're not what you're looking for.
