Pros
GL has good clients mostly product based. Overall its a good company , people are really good here. Salary offered is almost 50% more than others. Work from home is there as per your client culture.
Cons
More salary , more work , less work life balance. I have worked on holidays , weekends. HR is not taking this part seriously. Avg 9-12 Hrs of work , might not be continuous sometimes. Clients are very arrogant. False estimate will ruin your family life.
