The recruiter reached out to me via phone to confirm my interest and then she set up an interview with the Hiring Manager and a person who has the same position but in a different region. I thought it went well. The Hiring Manager let me know it was OK to reach out to either of them via email if I had any questions. The HM and recruiter both mentioned that they were moving very quickly to fill this role.
I sent my “thank you” email the next day and, one week after that, I sent a followup check-in email (to the 3 people I was in contact with). It’s been almost two weeks now and I still have not received a reply. It appears that the same thing has happened with another candidate. That’s too bad. Their Glassdoor reviews and careers section on their website made Globant sound like a fantastic company to work for. But I guess they are only focused on the employee experience AFTER someone is hired. The employee experience BEGINS with the application.
