The interview process started out well, but communication became increasingly delayed as the process progressed. Timelines that were communicated were not consistently met, and there was limited proactive communication when delays occurred. I understand hiring processes can change, but more transparency and timely updates would have made for a significantly better candidate experience.

Interview
The first interview was provided by HR. After many weeks I there is no response back. There was mention there would be follow up and have yet to hear back after emailing with an update.
They don't coordinate anything between each other - I had to go through 3 different interviews (external recruiter, hiring manager, team of peers) where they asked me pretty much the same questions. The last interview ended with "someone will reach out to you" and nobody ever did, so you won't even get a response unless you're selected.
