      Student Employment Advisor Interview

      12 May 2022
      Anonymous employee
Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Go Train (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Mar 2022

      Interview

Very direct competency based questions, asking only relevant questions about how you would signpost to a participant, how you would deal with someone who is complaining about a situation. Preferably suited to someone from inside the industry, although anyone with sales or customer service experience would find the interview easy enough to manage. Also, through my own personal interview, when the company was explained in detail, nothing was left out, absolutely no "patter" about the company. Everything was explained directly about the role, and what the role entails

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

How would you deal with an irate customer?
      1 Answer

      Question 2

What is sign-posting, and how would you actively signpost?
      1 Answer
