2 interviews - simple questions of experience in grants and compliance as well as proposal development processes. Some of knowledge of context and approach. One hour each. Panel of two each time plus HR. Pleasant experience. Can ask some questions too. Fast process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goal (Freetown) in Jan 2020
Interview
Well structured. Ranging from general interview questions to narrow-on-the-job questions. The panel assesses to determine the fittest candidate for the job. The panel would most likely then go on to ask about your strength and weaknesses. And salary expectation.
It was a test in excel followed by an oral interview. The job was linked to a pending grant application so I got the position but the organisation did not manage to get the grant.
