The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goji (Boston, MA)
Interview
They hire everyone and anyone who can formulate a sentence and speak English; honestly, if they don’t hire you then learn to finger paint. This place is such a revolving door it’s almost alarming how desperate they are to just get bodies on the sales floor.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Goji
Interview
It was simple - Met with the recruiters, basic Sales questions asked and how well you test for the Sales person license. Also you do a walk thru of the sales department and get to shadow an agent to get a feel of the type of call center and if the position is for you. Its a call center!

Question 1
What was a terrible situation you had to face while on the job and what done to insure satisfying the customer or situation?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goji (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online through Indeed, and a hiring person got back to me about 4 days later. First, you're given an online assessment that simulates a series of calls from clients about a travel-insurance agency, asking about their plans and rates.
You choose from a series of written responses, depending on if the customer is angry about something or just looking for a travel plan.
If you pass that, the hiring person will reach out to you again to schedule an interview with the sales managers. I spoke to 2-3 sales managers one-on-one. on my interview day.
