It took forever to get in touch with the hiring manager in order to just get an interview. First interview was very high level and generic with the supervisor. Second interview was with GM and he just wanted to meet me basically.

Straight forward, looking for a candidate that will represent the company in a positive manner and welcome every person that comes through the front door. As for qualities/experience they mainly look at your customer service skills and your ability to work in a team.

They said they loved me and that I would be moved forward to second interview...ended up calling them 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and apparently the GM was too busy to interview me.. when they need people.. then emailed me saying I didnt get it when I was waiting to get interviewed again.
