Goldbelly interview questions

This company, in their Take-Home assessment, asks you to solve their complicated business ML problem at no cost to them. They’re not serious at hiring you and you would end up literally wasting ours of your time solving their business problem and get $0 back for your effort and without a single feedback. They would probably steal your code and use it. I interviewed for this company TWICE and fell for the same scam. Avoid this shady company at all costs!

Recruiter reached out to me a day after I applied and set up an initial HR screen for the following week. The night before the meeting, I got a cancellation notice saying “ We re-reviewed your application ahead of the Recruiter Screen, and unfortunately we will not be moving forward with you at this time.” In all my 20+ years in the industry, I’ve never had this happen, nor would I do this to a candidate as a hiring manager (which I’ve done plenty of). Emailed the recruiter to ask for clarification but have not heard back.
