Interview
preliminary screening interview via Zoom with an HR rep (30 minutes) followed by an on-site 1.5 hour interview with the hiring manager, department manager ,and key team members. The initial interview was scheduled for within 10 days of my application, and the on-site interview was scheduled for within 7 days of the Zoom interview. I received an offer within 3 days of my on-site interview.

Interview questions were pretty generic as it applied to my experience, the industry, etc. Much of the interview consisted of my asking the team questions, as the role was new for the organization, and I was trying to understand the scope of the role.
