The process was pretty straight forward, but a bit insulting. * An hour on the phone with the recruiter * An hour conversation with one of the engineering leads * 4 hours of leet coding on a digital whiteboard with 4 other engineering leads Most of it was general knowledge about terraform, chi/cd and how I work with others. I left the interview when they surprised me with the knowledge that I would be l33t coding for white boarding. Not interested in being talked down to and made to solve fizz buzz or dropping a glass ball by some kid who wasn't born when I began working. The company itself is kind of lame. Just another "web 3.0 app trying to make it big on "crypto". Basically they are trying to .. do wikipedia, but where you monetize everything from submission to browsing. I felt dirty after I hung up.
