Their hiring process is quite thorough as they are looking for the perfect fit. If you meet their criteria you can expect a phone interview, in-house testing (behavioral assessment, verbal/math pre-employment tests, proofreading), and an in-person interview with both attorneys and all in-house staff. The phone interview lasted an hour, the in-house testing two hours, and the in-person interview also two hours. Like I said, they are thorough, and boy did I appreciate that! You can expect a follow-up email letting you know where you stand in the process (interested, not interested, job offer).
