Interview
First round was a HireVue, mainly behavioral and only some role specific questions. Second round was a Superday style virtual interview with more role-specific questions and many behavioral/tell me a time when... questions.

Question 1
What is a time you worked with a large amount of data? Tell me about a time you handled conflict in a group setting? What is Operations?
The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.

The whole process was very smooth. It was my first interview experience as a college student and the interviewers were very friendly. There were two rounds of interviews for our campus recruitment program.
