Interview
This initial stage is a video interview where candidates answer pre-recorded questions.
The interviews may include:
Behavioral questions: Assessing fit with the firm's culture, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
Technical questions: Depending on the role, these may involve financial modeling, accounting, or other industry-specific knowledge.
Case studies: Evaluating analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in a business context.
Standard behaviorial and technical question combination. Didn't ask much out of the radar other than a couple brain teasers that were sort of unexpected. Superday was more challenging than some of the other firms
Little hard but easy talking liked the person interviewing but then right when I left they were calling me right back for the Job so I accepted the offer letter.
