I had two connections in the group and called with them. Was reached out to by another team member to chat. Typical phone screening and basic questions. I thought it was going to be more casual than it was.

What is something you've been following in the market?
What makes a market you're interested in a good/bad investment?
Hirevue first, then it moved to a zoom interview before superday in person. Hirevue was mainly luck to move on to the next round with the bank. Overall difficult questions.
3 20-min interview super day. Seems like only the most senior interview matters. One VP, 2 analysts. No first round other than the hirevue. Took forever to hear back from HR.
The interview that I completed was an online HireVue recording. It took approximately 30mins and you only have one attempt to record. That means if you mess up, there are no second chances.
