I interviewed with two partners from the firm. They asked substantive questions about real estate law experience. The partners told me that the position was open and if candidates were approved for a second round of interviews, they would meet with the third partner who is located in D.C.

Sent a reply via email to see if opening still available. It was. The person replied back saysing I should go in to do interview. It happened in a week's time. Expected to be long, but was quite short, with plain questions that most people have heard of. It wasn't challenging.
