I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gong (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview allowed me to come on site and meet some exceptional leaders. It almost felt to good to be true, but once I started... it's just that good. The vibe in the office and with the recruiters was incredible and you can tell people are excited to be here and very welcoming.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about Grit, do you have it? do you understand it?
So excited that you joined!!
I'm not sure if it's the office/recruiters creating the vibe or Doug running around giving everyone puppy kisses!
Your fellow Gongster,

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gong
Interview
There are multiple rounds from recruiter, manager, mock cold call, then program manager. I felt like my recruiter provided quick and easy information but very difficult for an entry level position, I feel like mock cold call expectations were excessively high

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gong (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The recruiters did a good job of preparing me for each interview with enough info and guidance. Good communication overall. Lots of situation type questions as well as a sales mock call. However, is there really need to be 6 rounds of interviews for an entry level SDR job? This is really excessive for a bottom of totem pole role. 6 rounds over a course of a month if really a manager or director level interview process I think.
In the end, didn’t get an offer as I’m probably competing with 200 other people who might be stronger candidates.

Question 1
Tell me about a goal you had, and failed to achieve
