Two interviews. The first one was an informal chat and a discussion about the role, Second one was lots of competency based questions Using the STAR method to answer them and a presentation.

Question 1
They asked me to describe a time when I have had to develop a process. They also asked me to describe a situation where I have had to use my communication skills.

Interview
First had a 15 minute phone call to discuss my CV and the role with manager. This progressed to Interview with HR and manager. It involved a interview about my skills and experience followed by a task. The process took 90 minutes.
