The first round was a standard HR phone screening, where we went over my previous experience and why I was interested in the company. Next round was with the hiring manager over video and was a bit more technical, but still quite standard and I wasnt thrown any hardballs. Third round was a business case and presentation where half was strategy related, and the second half was analytical.
I liked their process because it felt like they wanted to give me my best chance at showing my strengths, without being an unnecessarily difficult and intimidating interview process.
