I did a three-step process with ; * An interview with head of the team * Soft-skills interview with two from the HR team * Technical interview with two developers The soft-skills and technical interview happened on the same day but I had the option to do them on separate day. Each of them lasted about 60-90 minutes. Altogether the turnaround was very quick and I got a response very quickly.
