Found via linkedin and reached out. Quick response from the recruiter/hr coordinator and schedule a time to come in to chat. Everyone seemed friendly, but immediately in the in-person interview they expressed that they didn't really know what they were hiring for and got the vibe that they wanted multiple roles under one salary. A bit more of a messy, understaffed startup situation than anticipated and no response after a friendly follow up after. The manager didn't provide a clear sense of the company's roadmap other than wanting to bring on more clients.
