Interview
The hiring process is pretty simple. You meet with Ed the GM if you will. Then you meet with the VP which is a smaller gentleman with a Napoleon complex. They sit you in a room and have a 15 minute discussion with you but with the high turnover you're pretty sure to get hired.

Interview
I was 1 out of 150 applicants that applied, I got called in for an interview the next day and had a 30 minute interview with the Administrative Manager and he said yes I want to hire you, walked me around the corner to the Sales Manager/Store Manager and had my second interview for 10 minutes and he said You're hired and I started that day.
