Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews, all of which I felt went well, over the course of 2 months. After my final interview with the founder and CEO, I never heard from them again, even after I followed up with their human resources team.

Question 1
Interviews were fairly conversational, which I appreciated.
Phone interview and brief in person meeting followed by referencing and offer. One on one interview, not a panel, and many opportunities to ask questions and share experiences. Relatively informal, they are looking as much for an orgisational culture match as they are for a JD match

Interview
There is a written application, then two phone interviews. The interviewers are nice and easy to talk to and ask pretty straight forward questions. They then ask what your interests are so they can place you in the best position possible. I was lucky with the position they placed me in.
