First there is an presentation in which there is everything about the company which is followed by an aptitude test. Then there's an interview with the boss. Boss is very friendly.

The process is sham. The only interest of the pretentious hr team that comprises of a single stumpy is the personal life of the individual but nothing else. The questions asked are rather immature and poking into your personal space. I thought I was sitting with a flirtatious squirrel. Maybe a girly one too
