It was a very drawn out process with many delays between steps. They were very nice people but they were either unorganized or not being honest with the process. The process took several months. The HR manager would say things like WHEN you work here (not if), making me think I was their top candidate. Then when it came to my in person interview with the hiring manager (who I previously interviewed with remotely) it was rescheduled several times and then ultimately they told me they hired another candidate.
Phone screening and then video interview with the hiring manager. I remember this question has been asked specifically: What would be your first expectation from the team leader or manager?
I had an initial phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Consultant, and she was very kind. She asked to see 5 writing samples after our call. I sent them in, and a couple weeks later I was invited to a 45-minute second round interview with the Director of Communications, but I declined due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
