Applies for position via company's online portal. Shortly after received an email requesting an initial phone call with talent acquisition team member. The initial phone call covered company background and description of the role. After a few questions about my background and experience a second onsite interview was scheduled.
The onsite interview consisted of multiple one on one sessions with members of the engineering team as well as VP and senior level members of technology dept. These were informal in nature and felt more conversational and not like a interrogation. I was able to provide and speak to my my experience, skills and goals moving forward as it pertained to the company's technology.
I was contacted within hours of the last one on one interview via phone and was given an offer letter via email shortly after.
All in all a great experience with everyone involved focused and attentive to both mine and the company's needs.
