Interview
There is a multi-step interview process. First, there is the initial screening with HR. If you pass that stage you will be connected with site administration for a phone interview. If the site admin feels you are a strong candidate, you will be asked to do an in-person interview with the hiring panel and a 20-minute demo lesson in front of the students.

Not too hard an interview, I had to video teaching of a short lesson for one of my existing tutorial students and answer some questions about curriculum approach in mathematics and science.
