I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Greenhouse in Jan 2022
Interview
The overall interview process was smooth. The recruiter was helpful through out the interview process giving me directions and advice on what to expect in each rounds of interviews.
There were 3 total rounds of interviews (Recruiter screening, Hiring Manager and interview loop back to back interview with 7 people with 4 rounds) and 1 written assessment. The written assessment was the only technical part (technical in terms of understanding the product functionalities not coding). All the interview rounds were behavioral based assessments.
I did not get an offer, but it was overall a great learning experience.

Question 1
All Interview questions were behavioral based. Written assessment was about integration API (which are open to everyone to look at)
For a company who purports themselves to help customers be great at hiring, I had an incredibly poor experience with the initial recruiting call. The interviewer had not been at the company very long, which was painfully obvious once the call began. There was very little information provided about the role (of which the posting had been removed prior to our call), and it was difficult to see how the questions posed were relevant to the position. Most of the information covered a candidate would have already covered in reviewing the company website (some of the talk track was taken verbatim from the homepage). While the interviewer did provide a small amount of time near the end of the call to ask questions, she was unable to answer the first question I posed in a cogent, timely manner (she gave a very lengthy, rambling non-answer) so that we ran out of time before I could ask any more detailed questions. I understand organizations are in a hiring frenzy right now, but please ensure your interviewers are well trained and prepared to answer questions that candidates are genuinely interested in learning to know if the company is as good of a fit for them as the candidate is for the organization.
