This is the one of my best impressions after technical interview. The engineers-interviewers are nice, easy to communicate and high professional. I learned a lot of useful new technical things and met real experts in a rare field of distributed data base development. The whole interview process is also very pleasant and convenient (from 3 to 4 steps). GridGain company is flexible and fast.

Everything was quite straightforward and very fast. The process had 3 stages - phone screening with HR, on-site interview, then Skype interview with CTO. All of those had tech questions of varied difficulty, and even the last one was rather tough.
