I did one round of interviews with Talent Acquisition. It was about 30 minutes and we talked about my design experience. They were offering a lower salary but when we emailed about a second interview, I gave my availability and never heard back.

Interview
Initial interview conducted by King’s Hawaiian (the company that bought Grillo’s).
Interview went fine, typical ‘what would you do in this situation’ and personality questions. They do not like remote work, as this interview was to replace a former remote employee in-person.

As they are a small company, they seem to want a jack of all trades for new hires.
They wanted this role to have skills that are not typically associated with it, and were not listed in the job description.
