First round interview with HR which was more of a screening process. Then if you pass that, you are invited to a second round interview in person in the office with a Director.

Interview
Due to COVID everything was handled online, had an initial interview before being introduced to their team in a group interview setting.
They ended up actually giving me a verbal offer which I was fully prepared to accept, after a week of following up with them for the written offer they informed me instead that they decided on another candidate. Bit unprofessional in my eyes to offer someone the position, ghost them for a week and then rescind the offer.

Interview
It was pretty simple, conducted in 1st stage and 2nd stage interviews with an editorial assignment after the 1st to create some social copy and write a few paragraphs for clients copy. The manger interviewing was friendly, as was the HR recruiter (who has now left since). Competitive pay at the time was offered.
