1st Round: HR Phone screening, discussed experience and company policies. 2nd Rounde: Simple Aptitude, Reasoning, and JavaScript + Node.js concepts test. 3rd Round: Technical interview - In the Backend side: Asked about db, Javascript, and Node.js concepts, asked about previous work. On the front-end side, they asked about react.js code concepts like life-cycle, code-splitting, lazy loading, and some about CSS selectors.

3 rounds of interview plus online test which is too long process and boring as well. interviewers are very old people and unprofessional also as compared to industry level at this point of time. they should consider this point carefulyy
