Process is pretty standard. First you go through HR screening via phone interview. Depending on the position and seniority level, there's an interview with a hiring manager or with the founders

Process consists of several calls including two or three rounds of technical/design discussions with Engineers. first technical interview was pretty easy, I was a little bit nervous because interview made me nervous, but then we talked about my experience and was smooth, then the technical part was 2 questions, Even thou I did both excersises and I was completly sure that I will continue with the process, 2 days later I got a rejection letter

first one fizzBuzz leetcode problem and then just another one to Create a data structure that simulates an animal shelter. The shelter follows a 'first in, first out' policy, where adopters can either adopt the oldest animal (regardless of type) or choose the oldest animal depending on the type specifically. The system should have operations to add animals and fulfill adoption requests based on these rules.

Interview
Straight forward HR interview then team members agreed. Had character interview. Salary requirements were asked responded quickly. Spoke to 3 people able to ask questions about the team, processes and understand the role and requirements
