I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Grunberg & Co (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
‘Round-robin’ style where I met 6 people during an hour interview. First 30 minutes were with 2 managers, 10 minutes with 2 seniors and then 20 minutes with 2 partners. All took place via a video call. The 10 minutes in the middle was meant to be you asking questions and getting a feel for the firm with the other two segments more ‘interview-like’. Unfortunately these times weren’t adhered to and so I was basically just barraged with technical questions for the best part of an hour and got no feel for what the people or company was like - other than being very impersonal and work coming first ahead of people.
