Online application followed by a telephone call from the recruiter then some time and a few emails later a face to face interview had been arranged with the hiring manager at their office

Having been talking for over half an hour about data and databases, out of nowhere he asked me what was my favourite colour and why, then followed up with how many uses for a paperclip can you think of in one minute. I lost all respect for the company at that point.
